Nice !!! When I watched the last season we had to open our new dvds to do so and it has a bonus disk - says it's animated - but apparently is the history of all the kingdoms ? Have to check that out

Whiskey Cavalier - liked it - was fun. Didn't know the actor who played Noah would stay on it - thought was only in the pilot. Its amusing while not requiring total mindfulness. Wanted it to suck - but oh well.

You know...I have all of the blu-rays but I watched straight through my HBO Now subscription on Hulu. I don't think I've plugged in the special features disc yet. lol Might have to do that. My wife might be interested too.

lol on wanting Whiskey Cavalier to suck. It's tough to make something uninteresting with Scott Foley and Lauren Cohen. We still haven't watched, but hoping to get to it.

MCU - Up to Civil War. In the middle of it. I think I'm going to finish too early on this one too! BTW...got Captain Marvel tix for Friday!

Thrones - some comments from grrm about the show finishing and the book still going on. And some d&d comments about how the show may not spoil the book totally.

GofT - Seriously ? Hadn't anticipated that ? Such crap.

Oh - just read that Arrow is done after next season. Don't watch it - but I read a few weeks ago that one DC show was ending after next years crossover.

Thrones - The vulture article is basically based off the EW article I linked to lol Hibberd had that exclusive access and all!

You hadn't anticipated that the show would veer from the books? or that they're not going to tell the viewers what is from George and what isn't? lol I'm fine with it. There's a chance we may never know what George has in mind for his ending. If anything, surely we'll get the 6th book but I don't know about the last one!

I saw Arrow is done as well. My interest is waning in this CW Arrowverse. Supergirl is on my last nerve. Flash is still watchable (and Joe is finally back!). I do like Legends...not sure when that's coming back. Been on hiatus for awhile.

Agree on DC stuff. Legends is best of them - but only cause just a little crazy . LOL

George - just saying - knowing he takes forever to finish books he did not see it coming ? Just found it funny.

OMG - not spoilery at all but hysterical. Interview Colbert had with Harrington. Has second vid which I think was promo for show - know we don't get political here but pretty funny

Watched This Is Us - last week ep with Beth. Was fine - didn't hate it.

Legends - it's just a silly show that doesn't take itself seriously. So it fits with my life goals. lol

George - ahhhh gotcha. Well not sure if you recall...but he was pretty outspoken in earlier seasons that he was hoping that Game of Thrones (TV) fully adapted his books 4 and 5. he thought they could be like 2 seasons each. But the material wasn't compelling enough to fully adapt like book 3 was. So they pretty much did all of books 4 and 5 in 1.5 seasons. lol So he probably didn't see THAT coming. But, he's his own worst enemy. He has too many "coals in the fire"? (not sure if that's the right expression but you know what I mean). There's something to be said for enjoying life with the money his hard work earned him. He does a lot of conventions, travel, but then he's working on the Thrones spinoff for TV, along with some other failed TV projects. He wrote a book about the history of the Targaryans (compares it to J R R Tolkien's Simarillion...the history of Middle Earth). He almost thinks that stuff is more interesting than telling the Song of Ice and Fire within the world he's been building. And then when he's facing writer's block he turns to his blog and rants on how the NY Jets are performing. lol But he is a slow writer and the books are long and complex. and he most likely doesn't know how to wrap up the story. So he may have thought he had plenty of time to finish it, but things got in the way including himself!

I actually watched Harrington on Colbert the night it aired. My wife is a huge Jon Snow fan so it didn't take much convincing. It was hilarious. lol

This is Us - We're caught up on this one. This past week's ep was pretty nuts. In subject material and the actions of certain individuals. lol

1 day until Captain Marvel!
